A winner of the USA and World championships in hurdle events, Lolo Jones has reached her current position after an arduous process and enormous amount of perseverance. A single mother and a five kids, Jones had a difficult and a squatter's growing up. She was constantly traveling and even lived in a basement church for a period of time. Jones was required to relocate to another school every during her high school years because of this nomadic existence. Jones had an interest in the track events during her time at Theodore Roosevelt High School, stayed away from her mom in order to follow her passion. She lived with four different households throughout her time in high school, in order to learn in one place. Jones was part of The Iowa School Orchestra as well the Gatorade Track and Field Award. In addition, she won the award at school. Jones was one of the best hurdlers in her age group when she started the university. She won the 100 meter hurdles in the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship. Also, she was among the runners-up team in the 100-meter relay event. In 2003 and 2004 Jones took home the indoor hurdles competition during the NCAA Championship. Jones' track career started in 2005 after she completed her bachelor's degree. Jones began training to prepare for a career in track. The following year, she won in the Torino Memorial event, and in the year 2206 she took home the Ostrava track race, as in addition to the Heusden track competition.
Brandt was raised and born in Cape Town in South Africa. Her family moved in Auckland New Zealand with her family in her late teens. Brandt was identified by casting directors in her home town and was cast in the role of Naevia in the Starz hit Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She was among the most prominent actors in this show, working with Steven S. D Knight & Sam Raimi. She starred in the hit Netflix show Lucifer which ran for six season run. Her character was the favourite comic book character of Vertigo and DC Mazikeen. Lucifer has broken the record of binge viewing and was declared one of the most watched shows in 2021 by Forbes. Brandt will next appear opposite Andrew Lincoln, Danai Guarira along with other Walking Dead cast members in the six episode Walking Dead spinoff that airs in 2020. Brandt will also be starring alongside Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan and Chris Meloni in the adult animated show Captain Fall which airs July 2023 on Netflix. Lesley-Ann Brandt is an South African actress who was born in Cape town on 2nd of December in 1981. She is an New Zealand actress with a great talents. Lesley Brandt, along with her whole family, moved from the United States to Auckland New Zealand back in 1999. Her first job was working in Auckland as a wholesaler after which she was promoted to a management consultant for IT. After a few modelling projects, Lesley appeared in countless commercials. She completed her acting major and continued her training in Meisner methods of study. Lesley Brandt's very first recognizable acting role was on the TV drama Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt made a guest appearance in New Zealand's TV Drama Shortland Street in the role of a supporting actor. She also appeared in This Is Not My Life that was inspired by the fictional town of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt starred in the drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand in the role of Naevia, a hostage who was later seen in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
